callused emotions shut down negativity and spin the evil approach of ones explosive words like cannon in the civil war out for blood.
Words like machetes cut through the skin
the outmost layer that protects from the corrosive actions of the evil that lurks in the mind of someone who has seen to much anger and and hostility thereself

I understand forgiveness memory erased by time
Strength rebuilds the heart to learn more lessons
